It was a ton of fun to see you play this with the band and with derek doing the bgv. My friend I brought to the concert in NC leaned over during this song and said “I really like him!”
so that was just sick. Well done my friend. You have truly found your voice on the lead. I think I even saw Derek rocking out a little over there. he was doing some bald head banging.
when the solo started 3 minutes and 53 seconds in, and i noticed how much of the bar at the bottom of the player was still empty, i got really pumped because i knew my face was going to melt soon. so freaking good.
I’ve got both an audience recording and a soundboard feed of this show. I was shooting stills not too far from Dean’s video during this, too. I just haven’t had time or computing power to do this lately, but I’ll try to work it up this weekend.
Andy, incredible to me that you essentially came in to “replace” Derek with Caedmon’s…but in the oh so mysterious ways of God the two of you work together in an awesome and highly powerful manner…
Couldn’t tell from the video…which guitar was that…sounds great
Thanks for posting this, Andy! I’m the random guy from central Illinois who came up to you after the Austin show and talked about how much I loved hearing this song live. For me, this was the highlight of the night, so thanks for putting this up. Definitely going to share it with some friends.

Oh yes … the audio I have, it sounds pretty solid.
Will be trying to get it done tonight, but I do have Game Seven of Bruins-Canadiens to watch tonight, and hockey is more important than Andy Osenga.
Really.
